We offer fast and reliable shipping across India. Here's what you need to know:

Shipping Timeframes:
• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment

Shipping Costs:
• Free shipping on orders above ₹200
• Standard shipping: ₹60 for orders below ₹500

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp . You can track your package in real-time on our partner courier's website.

Delivery Areas:
We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Remote areas may take 1-2 additional days.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's our return policy:

Return Eligibility:

• Customers must provide a clear unboxing/open-package video for any return or replacement request.
• The unboxing video should be continuous and unedited (no pause, no cut) from opening the parcel to showing the product completely.
• The video must clearly show the parcel condition, product, and the damage/issue (if any).
• Damage or missing item complaints must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot process any return or replacement.
• Products damaged due to misuse, rough handling, or user error are not eligible for replacement.
• Free gifts included in the order are not eligible for return or replacement.
• In case of approved replacements, only the same product/model will be provided.
• Return shipping instructions will be provided only after verification of the complaint.
• Items must be in original condition (unused and undamaged)
• Original packaging and all accessories must be included

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our customer support team at email or via WhatsApp
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide a return shipping label
4. Ship the item back to us (prepaid label)
5. We'll inspect and process your return within 5-7 business days

Refunds:
• Approved returns will be refunded within 7-10 business days
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Return shipping is free with our prepaid label

Exceptions:
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned
• Items showing signs of wear are not eligible
• Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee if items are not in original condition
