1. Shipping Partners
We have partnered with Delhivery for fast and reliable shipping across India.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes. If your location is not covered, you will be notified during checkout.
3. Shipping Timeframe
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for orders above ₹1999.
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below this amount (calculated at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your package in real-time through Delhivery's tracking portal.
6. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries will be attempted twice by Delhivery. If the order is undelivered, it will be returned to us.
- Ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
7. Delays & Issues
